On the add baggage screen there should be an option to add sports equipment (bikes, golf clubs, skis etc), just choose bicycle from the list

    Hi,

    Thanks,

    Any idea on the costs?

Different airlines will have different rates. Some charge a flat rate and some charge the excess baggage rate. For many years the major airlines like BA did not charge extra for bikes but this is no longer the case though you may be able to find one that still has a reasonable policy.

I have just booked with easyjet and it cost £25 each way I think. I've found most budget airlines are about the same cost
