Rack recommendation

Hi,
Can anyone recommend me a pannier rack for a reasonable price? I'm thinking £25-35, its just for a 3 day tour.
I'm fitting it to a Giant Defy roadbike....not even sure if all racks are universal in fit!
Realise this is a bit of a clueless email, so I am hoping someone with knowledge in this area will give me a bit of a lowdown!

The Defy has eyelets for std racks.
Something simple and lightweight for small panniers, eg Tortec Tour Ultralite.
You could probably use a Carradice style saddlebag without a rack.0
