Looking for a summer tyre for a hardtail. I weigh about 10 and a half stone. Currently riding nobby nics, 2.25 I think (front and back). but my tread is depleted on the rear. I mainly ride woods, dust paths, and the occasional mud (in winter), but also on the road :S looking for a rear tyre that would be practical, thinking about kenda small block 8 but I'm not sure what grip this would give when the going gets tough. Would be useful if people commented their set-up and what the would recommend.
