add air till you get the sag you want. set the rebound so you can just get the wheel off the ground before the fork fully extends from compressed.

Sorry for sounding like a numpty but how do I set the sag???
It just has a valve at the top of the fork for putting in the air and a rebound lever at the bottom of the fork.
There is a list of pressures and rider weights on the fork the guy who fitted the fork put in the pressure according to my weight.

    Thanks Neil

As I said add ( or remove) air to get th sag you want. Maybe about 25 % .

You do need a shock pump.

Forget the weights they mean bugger all.
