Help with RockShox Tora s-lite

Hi guys,
I'm a real novice when it comes to bike maintenence. I'm having trouble with my Tora s-lite fork, most notably adjusting sag. When sat on my bike the suspension doesn't compress one bit, and it takes my full body weight pressed hard forward before I can get the fork to compress. Obviously the fork is set too stiff, and apart from fiddling with the preload adjuster on the fork leg I haven't altered it since purchasing the bike. Moreover, the preload adjustment screw is "stuck" and no amount of finger turning can get it to move! I remember fiddling with it a few months back and turned it to its lowest setting (thinking I'm 10 stone so will need less preload) but now I've come back to trying to adjust it again I can't seem to move it. Please help!

down load the service manual and clean out the adjuster.
but it sounds like you need a softer spring.
How to again in the service manual."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
