Cheap Rigid Fork

Im looking for a cheap rigid fork to replace the tora 318 air on a bike I have lying around to transform it into commuting duties.
I want to spend as little as possible as it is only for commuting and I dont want it stolen. However, the rigid fork needs to be lighter than the tora (c2kg iirc) else it kind of defeats the object. What would you suggest?
Thanks

It is going to be a lot heavier - I'd also look out for a Kona Project 2 on ebay.0
