RockShox Reba SL losing pressure

I have RockShox Reba SL but they are losing negative pressure which needs adding before every ride. Can anyone know what the problem is and any possible fixes?

If your checking pressure before every ride thats where the air could be going. There is only a tiny amount in the neg chamber attaching a pump can let more than half the psi out. If you are losing negative pressure the fork will feel harsh but its still rideable I rode round Coed Y Brennin on a rented hardtail with with zero in the neg and never noticed.Fig rolls: proof that god loves cyclists and that she wants us to do another lap0

You can tell they have lost pressure as the compression is hard with pressure in the + and not the -.0

If it is genuinely losing pressure, then you need an air cartridge seal kit with the o rings.0
