Building a jump bike

hi, i am new to this and i need some help i want to build a jump bike with probably a dmr frame however i wan gears on that back such as 9 gears therefore how would i o it as most of them are single speed do i need a special type of wheel, i really dont know please help.

    if the frame can have gears then it will have a rear mech hanger which will be fixed, removable or on a drop out plate, if it does not have the mounting for a mech then you cant have gears

    Most DMR frames have a mech hanger available to take gears, Reptoid, Transition and Omen also older models like my Sidekick2, you can get them as after market products from DMR, Chainreactioncycles and others.

    your wheel should be fine as long as the hub isn't a dedicated singlespeed one.
