MTB Helmet Size

I need to new MTB Helmet. My head size is 59cm. Should i go for size 54-61 or 53-59 or 59-63?

I have two to choose from a MET Terra or a Giro Hex. Buying online(cheaper) that makes it a bit more difficult to try and see which one fits best.

    Go to a few shops and try on the ones mentioned to see what fits best then buy online if shop won't price match

    Try some for size. Ideally you want as much of the helmet as possible in contact with your head (the retention system doesn't count)

    If the helmet seems to fit but you can get your finger between the helmet and your head it's the wrong shape.
