Can't help with the student budget, but my club uses this company http://www.mstina.co.uk/ and they are reasonably priced and good qualityShare The Road Event http://www.sharetheroadride.co.uk

We get our uni team kit from bioracer. Although it's really not cheap. £42 for a jersey.
Think we are changing provider next year aswell0 -
Used velotec.ie for ours and thought they were fantastic in terms of value and service.0

Our uni club recenlty bought some team kit from Owayo think it cost about £37 for 20 jerseys, the only problems we had was trying to get everyone in the club to pay for one so we could meet the minimum order limit. You might find it extra difficult if you are ordering them now if everyone has gone home for summer. Also our students union who runs our clubs helped us with the ordering and they know what they are doing because they are always ordering team kits.0

Owayo will let you order below the minimum order but it does carry a 70Eu surcharge. Endura also do custom clothing but they do stick to their minimum order I'm told which is eight items not including accessories like arm warmers etc. If there's eight or more of you no problem but Owayo are good.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0

Try Godfrey Sports, they have started doing a few of the clubs around Nottingham and the kit looks pretty good!
