Carbon seatpost 27.2mm £50ish

Any decent suggestios for a decent long (400mm) carbon seatpost that isn't too expensive (approx £50)?

Also when measuring the seatpost do you measure from the MAX line or from the end of the seatpost to the top of the pole section? Or do you also include the bracket at the top which clamps the saddle?
