Looking to upgrade my Carrera Vengeance LTD Edition 2010 model, have £400 max to spend, I have seen a GT Agressor 1.0 2011 for £330...

Disc brakes are a a must and it will be used in woods, canal paths, not major DH stuff.
Thanks in advance

Voodoo Hoodoo - 5 star review in WMB this month at £500. However, Halfords selling at £450 until next Wednesday and this will come down to £405 with the code NUSMAY12.
If £400 is absolute max, I can't think that there would be a better option.0 -

At £405 its very hard to pass up. I just wish it wasn't so heavy...0

The Voodoo Hoodo looks a great bike, cheers for that and code0

If you only have £400 to play with, weight is something that you'll have to live with. You might be able to find a bike that weighs 0.5kg less than the Hoodoo for a similar price but you will take a big hit on the spec.0

Hoodoo looks a no brainer. If you want to save more though, the Carrera Vulcan looks good and has a good review on here0
