Oakley Split Jacket Lenses?

Anyone know the best place to buy? I've just picked up a pair of split jackets on eBay and could do with some clear lenses for night riding (not a fan of yellow). Best I can find is at Cyclestore.co.uk at £40.00, but they're vented. Do I want vented? I thought they were meant to be anti fog anyway?

    Id go for yellow lenses - more versatile. They're fine for night and great for making you think it's sunny when it's really a dull wintery day. It makes a big difference.
