i need some help urgently.

i got to service a bike for a kinda friend (well someone i know we'll say)

it's a 06 whyte 46 so has that whyte big gripper dropouts and a hope bulb hub.
my problem is i cant get the cassette removal tool in cause of the big gripper things i think they refare to them as bobbins. i have un done the 8mm bolts and the spinlde has been removed, but how the hell do you remove those bobbin things (the cylinder shaped things that go into the drop out) so i can remove the cassette..

done it,, i found the link to the 46 on google and it gives a diagram of the stupid big gripper they just pull off like the end caps on a normal hope hub..
was a little seized with the 6 years of censored /rust.. thank you god for the mighty hammer... mans best friend.. :x :P

time to get back to rebuilding and servicing the bike.
