I just completed my LEJoG last week, did a similar daily mileage to what you're planning but did it over 7 days as I went more direct! In terms of training I just gradually built up the mileage and did back to back rides most weekends until I was doing the kind of distances I'd be covering on the ride itself. Looks like you've got plenty of time before the ride so if you can get in a block of training where you are doing 100+ miles for 3 or 4 days back to back I'm sure that'd be beneficial too, as much in terms of mental preparation as physical.

Hi, In the same boat. The training is pretty much sitting in the saddle and doing at least a 80 miler each weekend. We are also doing a really hard 2 dayer in June, Fred Whitton course on days and something nearly similar the next day for the mental strength and pain of having to get up after a hard days and do it again. I personally am on the turbo for most mornings and have lost a lot of weight.

The CTC forum has an entire section dedicated to JOGLE and LEJOG. Worth a look.
