temptation sets in when not riding?

just a little thought, is anyone like me? i actually don't think too much about buying more bits n bobs when i am riding a lot, with the onset of a cold, rain and now a ban from my fiancee(wedding saturday) these last few weeks i have splurged on all kinds of things!

i started my winter bike build (the rain inspired me)
upgraded a lot of my apparel (fiancee kind of gave me the thumbs up on this one)

its funny how you get distracted and look through all the stores and sales online when for whatever reason you are not out on the road!

    I agree with you - I spend more when not out there doing other stuff. However, this was my biggest concern:

    haha well cycling is in her family so i think i have struck it rich as she thinks having nice apparel is required! she just wouldn't let me have it she i first started out.
