Glentress Blue to Red?

Whats the difference in skill and fitness levels required? Can do the blue no probs, can also quite happily do Mabie, Kirroghtree and Newcasleton Red. From what I can gather Glentress Red is bit harder? Any thoughts? Cheers

Nah, if you can do Kirroughtree red then I'm sure you can do Glentress's one. There's a few black options you might be scared away from first time, but nothing too frightening on the red. Oh and a bit of a tedious climb to start off with, that can take a while!

No worries atall if you have done Kirroughtree red.
Same start as blue..........then a nice climb and then probably one of the best wee stretched of flowing downhill track you will find. Coupel of black options that are easily taken and then same finish. Enjoy you will be fine.
