I saw a thread recently about said website but can't find it now so...

Probably going to order a new drivetrain for the rocky from here since it's far cheaper than anywhere in the UK. I've seen plenty of people seem to happy with orders from them but there aren't any additional costs apart from the postage are there? Also approximately how long did stuff take to arrive? I seem to remember people saying just a few days.

Also, this cassette says it requires the use of certain derailleur's, is this just because it's a roadie cassette and a GS XT one will work fine with it or do I need to get a different cassette?

Im not sure what they are like but many people seem to use em. Just dont do what i did yesterday and click "advance payment". I was curious to see what it was as id never seen it before, and the next thing i know i get an email saying they will dispatch on receipt of my transfer. Im waiting to hear back from them (been 24 hours since my request), to amend my payment choice. If i was a cat id have been killed by now! I like touching hot plates and red buttons too! *faceplams self*

It was my thread you saw a few weeks ago.

There were loads of comments saying how good they were so I went ahead and ordered a Cube LTD Pro for 999 euros (£857). It was £949.00 in my LBS...

Bike arrived today, ordered on 01.05.12, bike shipped on 09.05.12, delivered to me 16.05.12, not bad for a 2 euro delivery charge.

Bike is in perfect condition, back brake needs a bleed and the levers need swapping (rear - right, front - left at the moment) but apart from that no problems whatsoever.

    Happy customer!

It was your thread yeah but I couldn't find it in the search or anything so assumed it had been deleted. Good to know there are no other charges though, thanks. :)

I ordered some chains from them over the weekend. They arrived this morning by dhl. That's my second order from them, been very pleased both times.

Good point. I forget everyone else but Britain has the stupid way round that makes no sense.

Might depend on the lever brand as maybe not all are reversible.

As for extra charges. No issues with stuff like customs fees if you're ordering within the EU (as Germany and UK are), plus you have an added advantage that you're paying 19% VAT instead of 20% and thanks to EU rules you're not going to be asked to make up the difference :)

To be honest, I have ridden it a couple of times now and its amazing how quickly you get used to the other way round. Might be a different story when I get it on the trails...

There is a thread somewhere explaining how to swap the hoses, supposed to be fairly straight forward and apparently you can swap the hoses without needing to bleed. My rear brake needs a bleed though so I will be bleeding both then reassembling the British way round.

I bought some tyres from them just before the last bank holiday, on the Friday morning. They arrived on the Tuesday, delighted with the service and the prices are becoming more competitive all the time with the Euro weakening on a daily basis!
