Windproof, Water resistant spring gloves

I'm on a quest and am struggling to find something that fits the bill...
I have two or three pairs of Fox gloves which I use for 90% of my riding. They are my bench mark and are a real fit and forget item of clothing like a good pair of padded shorts.
For winter, I use some Endura winter gloves which stop my finger getting cold but generally feel bulky and my hands always get sweaty even on the coldest days. They are good for what they are, my hands do not get cold but the limitations are obvious.
Now... This time of year is mostly night rides and the temperature and weather is all over the place. my Fox gloves mean that with a slight dash of rain and some drop in temperature my pinkies turn to ice but if I swap to the Winter jobbies my hands turn to sweaty mush.
Is there a comprimise, with minor to no backing or palm padding that is breathable and water /wind resistant?
Thanks muchly,
Will

I've got some muddyfox ones in neoprene.
Not waterproof but good as far as wind resistence....
I fear you may not find anything that suits your requirement 100%0
