Isn't it just a normal spinning class, only they bring out your ex in some skimpy outfit to show you what you're missing before moaning and whining for the final 40 minutes?0 -
nice
my ex was a bike - well it seemed everyone had, had a go of her anywayKeeping it classy since '830 -
Is it "X" as in "cross"? So it might be some kind of cross training session. Or a machine which works the upper and lower body.0

Exactly that - see http://trixter.net/x-Bikes
If it's a Virgin Active gym - look out for the XDream exercise bikes as well which combine video screen with
steering & you have to steer your way round a course.

looks shit why wouldnt you just go for a bike ride instead also why do you want/need upper body mass?

Let me put you through a 45 min session of X-Biking and then I'll let you tell me what the handlebar movement gives you in terms of a workout!?!?!?!
It's nothing to do with building upperbody mass mr itboffin, it's for core strengthening and increasing proprioception - a lot more productive workout than just your legs spinning round like a hamster in a wheel, believe me!
Agreed that being out on a bike is better...but my X-Bike is my saviour when the weather is rubbish and/or when time is in short supply.
