Hello Cyclists!
I started with the road bike 2 years ago and want to test my endurance now at the mount Teide in Tenerife/Spain. Saw this report about cycling in Tenerife: http://www.airedale-olympic.org.uk/inde ... &Itemid=58
The guy who wrote the article says that it´s not that dificult to get up, but as i´m not that trained i´m not sure if it´s really makeable?? I mean it´s still from 0 to 8200 feet in about 50 kilometers! Has anyone gone up? Any tips on nutrition and clothing?

You're probably best getting the advice from these guys, as they specialise in Tenerife cycling:-

"A bad day on the bike is always better than a good day in the office !"0
