    Id start with a better location. most of that looks like a road rather than mountain biking. Also try to mix up the perspective, helmet cam view is good, but try adding in some static camera perspecitve and moving camera shots of you doing 'stuff' too. Even throw in a few stills as well

    Also think about the frame lengths and the transitions, I had it on mute but try to put a sound track over and transition on a change in the song and make sure each frame is you doing something..a different scene if you like rather putting in a brake and going into the same scene

    Keep going though, its not an easy thing to get right but the feeling you get when you get it spot-on is brillian!!
