Don't worry, they'll just ban him for 12 months retrospectively and take his results away and he'll be clear to ride the tour.

It's pretty crap of the UCI.
They were also to blame with Alex Rasmussen.
In an era when there's so much suspicion of riders it's massively unfair on them to have them dragged out and pilloried for failing to work with a system the UCI itself cant administrate. Both Rasmussen and Turgot will find it extremely hard to shake off the "no smoke without fire" from their cases. The UCI has a duty to get this right.
