The linked pads look like what I've got on the bike already. The brakes are unbranded, but the pads measure 52mm long. Can I put any pad on or is there something specific I should be looking for?
I was thinking these (http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=55815) so I can put Koolstop cartridges in them in the future, but I'm not sure if 55mm blocks will fit.

You can then use any Shimarno compatible brake inserts from shimarno, Coolstop, Swistop, Aztec ect...0 -
I have Koolstop Salmon's and the Clarks pad. They are pretty much even, but I would say on a 30MPH descent the Clarks stops quicker.0

Bought 2 pairs of those off bike-discount.de and they did the trick. Much better than the ones I had. Cheers0
