Creaky front end

Any ideas , its from the front end of my nerve ?
Its when i brake hard with the front brake and then its a long loud creak , sometimes a manuel can trigger a small one to.

The other thing is my gears are skipping slightly and have a delayed shift by sometimes 5 seconds . Have the cables stretched , any ideas ?

Gears mucky. Clean replace the cables.

Try checking for play in the headset.

What fork is in there? Can you create the creak if you hold the wheel between your legs and turn the handlebars side to side?

The fork is a fox 32 talas fit rl with 150mm travel . No creak if i try that either , Thanks man

are you sure it isn't just your brakes squealing ? your cables probably have stretched, will just need adjusting

Nope , its a creak , sounds like a headset to me but i have heard of fox steerers creaking .
Im 80% its not my break .

have you spoken to canyon about it ? maybe worth giving them a ring and sounding them out

I will give them a ring tomorrow , what do you think is up ?
There is no crack's or anything .
