I found a Boardman Pro 11-12' one year old but I am not sure if it a good deal...
The guy just sent some pictures...An there a big mark on the boardman logo which is acceptable , but then there is a mark on the fork which I cannot understand how the hell can it happen....The guy says that its cable rub but I cannot see this happening so fast...I mean wtf :P

Do you think I should buy it judging by the photos?
I have an other bike a pure 7 2011 at around the same money , but I like the looks of the boardman the most...

Missing the bung cap too on the lockout.

I dont really know mate...

The pure 7 is in much better condition...I cannot understand when u say the cap is missing cant tell the difference from other pictures I ve seen online.

Cosmetic stuff always bother you...I mean its a mtb so its ok but...There is a but :P

Mine says GATE and 2.5 in a hex key on it, small but no doubt, it is pricy

This is one question only you can really answer. Personally I wouldn't give a hoot if the price was okay, the damage is on flat colour spots so a piece of cake to touch up if needs be, it's your call if you can accept the marking

you could repaint the fork and get a new boardman sticker if you were that bothered. Are they indicators of how the bikes been treated though? It doesnt even look like its been cleaned for the for sale pics
