Deore Crankset O-ring

Hi,
I got a Deore crankset off a mate at the weekend, barely used. I think its missing an O-ring from where the axle joins into the crank spider (that the chainrings bolt to), which prevents the BB bearings being crushed. Does anyone know where I can get one from?
Thanks

Also (I'm new to hollowtech cranks if you hadn't gathered) there seems to be a screw missing from the inside of the non-driveside crank arm which I thought was tightened to preload the bearings... if so, will I need a replacement?
Thanks!Carbon 456... http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/8854609/0 -

the o ring is pressed intp the arm and only keeps (or tries) to keep dirt out. i will be supprised if it is not there.
and sounds like you need a new peload bolt.
see Parktools and shimanos webby for fitting infos."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Ah yeah, I see the o-ring, looks like I just need a new crank arm fixing bolt to preload the bearings when I fit it. Ta for the pointers guys!Carbon 456... http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/8854609/0

that is a preload bolt. does not need to be tight as all it does is add preload.
the pinch bolts actually hold the arm in place."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
