any of you good people know of any towpath closures on the following two stretches please?
Royal College Street overbridge to Angel tunnel
Packington Square to Victoria Park
... a vital superhighway - it's the only way I can make it to midweek cricket matches in time! And if closed, what are the fastest local dodges?
