New brakes with servo wave - which to choose?

I'm looking at getting some new brakes (full set, front and rear, ideally also with 6 bolt ice tech rotors), and seen good reviews on all of the shimano brakes that feature servo wave.
Question is I don't know which to get SLX or XT (or even XTR if I could stretch to it).
Looking at various websites, I think you can get XT for about the same price as SLX (rosebikes seem to be doing good prices but I don't know what they're like (ie shipping costs, import duty?) as I'm buying from the UK.
Does anyone have any experience with the SLX (M666) or XT (M785) brakes?
Is there much difference between them?

i got the XT (785) brakes from Rose, just needed to swap the hoses over (simple job and no re-bleed). Delivery was about a tenner and no import duties as it's EU.
Excellent brakes, slightly more bling than SLX and without the over expensive price tag attached to XTR.0 -
if they're the same price then get xt, I've got xt and they're great.
Don't go for xt because they have free stroke adjustment as it's rubbishYT Wicked 160 ltd
