Evening

I bought a second hand deore chainset really cheap knowing the pedal was hard to remove, i thought i would be alright to get it off but no luck so far,

so far me and the old man have tried

Heating it with a gas torch
Hitting it with a hammer
Penetrating fluid

We are deffinately trying to undo the bolt the right way cause i know its opposite threads,

Any other options?
Considering drilling it out

    Which arm and which way?

Are you 100% sure you are going the correct way.

    If you are bigger lever.

Is the chainset on the bike? Might be able to get a better go at it if taken off and in a bench vice.

Non drive side crank, arm is off the bike, but we don't have a vice which is the only issue :/ Yeah deffinately going the right way, can't get any more leverage as its incredibly awkward cause we dont have a vice

Put it back on the bike.

    Or find a vice.

    Don't try drilling it.

    Or try the Stickman Method:

Mr Stickman says to increase the force exerted, carefully stomp on the spanner like you were standing on a playground swing trying to push yourself higher.
