I am um'ing & ar'ing over a bike with Di2. The LBS took me through a demo of a speccy with Ultegra on it and was very impressed!

On searching for a bike I came across the Rossetti bike, imported from US.
http://www.rossettibike.com/

Complete bike with Dura-ace Di2 for 3500k (thereabouts).. I cant find anything about this company apart from being on Facebook / ebay, so really difficult to see if its worth shedding out a whole lot more on a "well known brand"...

A quick search on BR shows up 0 posts!..... has anyone heard of glory stories, or any horror stories?..

Cheers

When you factor in shipping, vat and duty into the price you'll probably find they're no cheaper than the likes of Planet-X or Ribble.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

Got to say, some seriously nice looking bikes there
Hopefully this may be able to help you http://www.cyclingforums.com/t/485811/rossetti-bikes-anyone-have-any-experiences-on-rossetti-bikes but I hear a lot of pros in Florida ride on them. Their contact details look pretty good, try giving them an email :)

It's a little bit cheeky, I just specced a Dura Ace Di2 but it comes with Ultegra cassette and OEM brakes. You have to pay extra for a full Dura Ace build, which I know is common practice but don't advertise it as Dura Ace if it's not. It's an extra $315 for full Dura Ace Di2 in addition to the advertised $1900 upgrade.

Since when did pros buy their own bikes?
They simply ride what's given to them and when they break one, they get given another.

  • It got my curiosity going so I went and had a look.

These are colombian and I doubt that they have the engineering, so I will think that these frames are made elsewhere and branded . . .

For this I prefer to purchase directly from ebay a similar frame and build to my liking
