Campag freehub fitting

Campagnolo freehub 10 speed... is it compatible with Shimano 10 speed block?
I 've been told 'tis so.....
Seen some tasty carbon tubulars.. only in Campag fitment...
anyone confirm this?
I know I could swap out the freehub.

No, the splines are different.

You might also be able to get spacers to re-size the Campag cassette to work with Shimano spacings (10 speed Campag cassettes are all single sprockets so there are small plastic spacers between each.
