Bought a frameset on the weekend off the 'Bay. Contacted seller about pickup, seemed like a nice chap, gave me the address to come visit. Found the place, after the GPS got horribly confused out in the countryside, lovely rural setting. Drove in and parked up outside a frikkin' hooooooooooooge shed. Triple roller doors. Extra highroof. Drive through even!
First thought was, ok, this is a farm-ish place, big shed is needed.
Bzzzt, wrong.
One corner allocated to personal gymnasium, but otherwise it was largely bike oriented. Selection of frames still hanging up, about 16 sets of forks racked up along one wall, stacks of wheels laying about in various stages of assembly, boxes of parts all over the place, including a variety of Chris King headsets and BB's, plus miscellaneous cranks, saddles, pedals, bars... and more. Compressor, bench grinders, tool cabinets, wheel truing stand....
Perhaps 8 or 9 bikes built and ready to ride, and enough bits to make a few more. Sink, fridge, heating...
Oh, and a computer on the workbench to order those bits you need without having to venture back into the house.
Made my over-crowded garage look decidedly down-market... not jealous at all. Ha!

Not from ITB, no. Colonial here..
I bought this:
Will likely turn it into a SS trail bike of sorts, but not sure yet what to do with it really. Still trying to decide what build will work best.Open One+ BMC TE29 Seven 622SL On One Scandal Cervelo RS0 -

Well, I've snipped a pic from Google maps, to exclude any identifying address details I hope, as his privacy is to be respected!
The two buildings are:
(a) on the left, the smaller of the two, is the main residence.
(b) on the right, the larger one, is the shed.

Oh yeah, forgot. It has a slow combustion stove heater thing, like your Agas, hence the chimney.Open One+ BMC TE29 Seven 622SL On One Scandal Cervelo RS0 -
