Rock shox revelation compressed

I have a pair of team revelations, 2009 i think with black box and u turn adjustment. i have a recurring problem where they keep compressing and staying compressed as if the positive air has all leaked out. this happened when i first had them and they went back to rock shox and they were fine for 18 months. but it has happened 3 times in the last two weeks, they have been back to the shop and had various seals replaced and have now gone back to rock shox. anyone had anything similar? the last time this happened i checked the pressures and there was no loss in air pressure.

Could be as you say, or the rebound sticking - they need all the o rings replacing periodiclly (and servicing), usually cures it.0
