Hope GXP adapter removal?

Hi there im about to attempt to replace the bearings in my hope bottom bracket which has the GXP adapter bits fitted. Now i assuming im going to need to remove these before i can change the bearings using my lovely Hope tool.
So does anybody no how to remove the two GXP adapter cups ?

Press/hit them out.

Thing is they press in from opposite sides.

You greased them when installing the adaptors, right?

Get a small flat screwdriver in and gently prise them apart - work around the adaptor bit by bit.

it only makes it more fun to remove.

Or just buy new.
