Silly- But proud!

OK, its such a minor thing compared to a full rebuild or anything impressive, but..

I successfully bled my brakes, and I am proud of it!
:D:D

They now work, which is good, and I didn't cover the dining room with mineral oil which is better!

Off for a ride now!

    Well done - I'm far too scared to attempt anything too technical with my bike so I always end up round at my bike-mad neighbours house :)
    How was the ride with brakes? :D

    Only did 7 miles, but as thats only the 3rd time I have ridden this year I am happy - have juice left in my legs, but sadly had restricted time!

    I genuinely have no idea how to bleed brakes.... :oops: I am however extremely good at taking bikes apart - I just can't put them back together again :lol:

    Awesome effort! I did mine the other week and kinda didn't put back wheel back on properly and it fell off taking the rear mech hangar with it halfway down the Garburn Pass in the Lakes.. God, how embarassing my OH was so unimpressed!! LOL !!!
