Presumably he won't be there having fallen heavily at Lincoln? Think he is a couple of weeks "off" the bike. Carnage for Rapha too with 2 in hospital...

Typical, just ruddy typical. All my plans to drive down to Kirkcaldy and do a little shopping in Stirling en route have come to naught. I've got to play at a funeral instead.

    Buggrit. Buggrit and thrice Buggrit.

I have never, ever seen a professional bike race. I have never even seen a real, live professional cyclist in the flesh. And it anyone deserves to, I think it should be me. I've been following this sport on and occasionally off for about thirty years.

First I had to cancel my carefully planned trip to the Tour last year, and now this- its' been in my diary for ages.

    Harrumph.

Away to watch a dancing dog on youtube to cheer me up.

Was a good night with an Endura rider taking the win... I can't remember worth a monkeys who it was was more focused on where half the field went on the last lap as I'm led to believe there was a big smash up the back somewhere, certain I only seen one Rapha rider finishing.

Uk youth took the team win as well, good race to watch.
It's not so much about winning, I just hate losing.

Enjoyed it too but thought there would have been more spectators. Thought Downing (?) was looking good for a win but something did happen and he came in after the main bunch. Hopefully see what happened on ITV4 tonight at 10pm!
