A bit off topic I know, but I will mention they need to enjoy mountain biking

Having a hard time finding keen developers so trying all avenues. The work is on a large scale enterprise application (asp.net/c#/sql), good location and good daily rate.

I can develop in C# and ASP.NET but I have a cushy number working from home at the moment, so for that reason I'm out.

No shortage of decent developers out there at the moment tho.
