I've begun to use this and it worked, reported a Pot Hole on my route last week and it was fixed within 48hrs.
Just reported a 100m bad stretch of holes close to a farm on a different route, I think the tractor chews up the road, I'll see what happens this time.

I used the CTCs one and it worked too. Pothole mended in under a week.0

Great idea, this, but having downloaded the other app a couple of weeks back, do you genuinely stop and note the location of every pothole?
There was a pothole about two feet long and 6" wide that I only just missed on a hill I rode down the other day - but I was doing 30mph, had no interest in stopping and it was 20km from home...Scott Sportster P45 2008 | Cannondale CAAD8 Tiagra 20120 -
If you can point it reasonably closely on Google Maps and give a description on the form to hlp narrow it down tha works. I hav no GPS and so had to rely on memory, Google Maps and a description - it worked fine. Pothole fixed0
