I just got myself a Galaxy Tab 7 inch with unlimited 3G with Orange, France for a whopping €1 (One Euro)
All I can say is that Android is so very overrated. Sure it does the job, but it's not quite the burning bush of phone/tablet OSes that is cracked up to be..
