I've decided to relaunch myself. GiantMike v1.0 spends too much time in the internet and too little time riding/training. I don't eat as healthily as I should and I don't work as hard as I could. I'm getting a bit boring and a bit lazy.

I generally don't bother with New Year's Resolutions, but I am going to have a New GiantMike Resolution:

1. Less Internet - maximum 1 hour per day (primarily for essential information gathering).
2. Work harder to clear my inbox/to do list.
3. Eating better - have a defined meal plan and stick to it; less snacking.
4. Simplify my life and sell off all my unwanted stuff.
5. Define and achieve a proper training plan.
6. More reading.

That's it. Just though I'd let you all know.

What do you class as "essential information gathering"? Does that mean you're sticking to "Girls In ..." threads from now on?

if this is a euphemism I find syrup of figs works wonders. :D

momentarily from the herd and thinks for himself.
