Calais to Lisbon

Hey guys I'm in initial stages of trying to plan a cycle trip from Calais to Lisbon. Has anybody done this/cycled long distances in France/Spain before? Any hotel/hostel/route recommendations?
I have planned a very rough route (Main town/cities - Will add in further stops later but its a general route line)
Calais - Abberville - Evreux - Tours - Bordeaux - Vitoria - Valladolid - Salamanca - Castelo Branco - Lisbon.
This is just under 2100km - I was thinking of 80-100 miles a day? Thoughts?
I have no experience of long distance cycling or cycling abroad. But I like challenges and this is one!
