Im in need of a new set of wheels to fit my new frame. the front axle need to be a 15mm and the rear a 142 x 12mm. im not hugely fussed about weight but I do not have a massive budget so as cheap as possible really,
what would my best options be?

From what I have read on here, that would be a good starting point at that budget. As far as the different rims/hubs options are concerned, can't help sorry. I only know one type of wheel - round ones with that squidgy black stuff wrapped round them.0 -
