We have never bought food online, mainly because we want to select fresh food ourselves.

By my neighbour swear by Ocado, he keep saying quality is actually better than any you find at Waitrose on the shelves.

What's your opinion about buying fresh food online?

you can specify longest date on your fresh produce with Tesco online, I use it sometimes and happy to use it again. No experience of any other.

We've used Ocado when its convenient for a while... food is good, service is good. Rarely any item substituted.

Fruit and veg has been a bit hit and miss on all those I've tried.

Moved away from Ocado as I think Waitrose food isn't that great, yet M&S prices.
Use Sainsburys now. Service not as good as Ocado, but ok.

I have not used Ocado, but I do use Waitrose.com at work. Service has always been good, free delivery and they now price match Tesco on most branded items. Quality of fruit/veg is better than Tesco also.
