a combination of bearing pullers and bearing presses.

but without seeing the BB it is hard to say which where and how.

    do you have the tools?

Yes we have pullers and press which is at work pullers at home. There is movment albeit slight in the left (non drive) outer shell. The right hand bearing looks as if it will tap gently or pull off this off course is the bearing thats fine

looks like the bearing will pull off then press the axel out and the pull the other bearing off or out depending on where it stays.

does the "collar" on the right look like it has been crimped?

that should just pull off aswell with the bearing.

No cannot see any evidence of a crimp. Take a look with the pullers which are great so long as there is somtning to pull against :(
