advice for heatset on lapierre zesty 314

Hi was looking for a bit of advice on what size of hope headset i would need to fit my lapierre zesty 314 (2012). Had the bike a few months now and love it was just wanting to customize it a bit but don't have a great knowledge of the sizes i would need. thanks

    Alloy Semi-Integrated Cartridge Tapered that is what was on the specification page on the lapierre website. Thats all I know I am a bit thick when it comes to components lol
