creaking seat post/seat

my seat post/seat on my trek has started creaking.. my qr is nice and tight,,any tips to get rid of noise??

    strip, clean, re grease, re fit.

    strip the saddle clamp down and give it a good clean

    same with saddle rails

    The clamp on the Race Face Evolve seatpost on my Ramones creaked embarassingly when it was new. A little grease under the head of each bolt fixed it

    done we,ll try that tommorow.. also found my peddles to be in a bit of a state... cheapys.. just bolted on some new nukeproofs so hopefully be a queiter ride..
