The mighty Luxembourg Boxing Federation have sanctioned it, so there is piddle all anyone can do about it. In any case, their last fight was unsactioned but still went ahead.

At least, unlike Lamont Petersen, neither have failed a drugs test.

Haye is everything Chisora isn't, he's disciplined and diplomatic.
Chisora reminds me of the typical Zimbabwean ZANU-PF henchmen that run the country of his birth, arrogant, undisciplined and bordering animalistic

I hope Haye gives him a good hiding, Chisora certainly needs it

And it was, he owned Harrison big time...

My mum would own Audley Harrison to be honest, he's an absolute disgrace.

These two are a total pair of berks. Don't mind fighters talking rubbish and disrespecting people, but generally it's a much more effective (and legitimate) tactic if you're good. They're a pair of clowns and they deserve one another.

Say whatever you like about Chisora, he didn't choke in front of a Klitchko like Haye did. Its a shame that his behaviour overshadowed it, but he had a good go at him in the ring. Although he didn't do a lot to avoid it, Haye did glass him after the fight. Although clearly it was a diplomatic glassing.

I'd love to see Chisora beat him up. Presumably Haye will blame bruising to one of his cornrows if he loses.

    .

but he didn't glass him did he, he punched him whilst holding a bottle, it was lucky it didn't break in his own hand - chisora wasn't cut anywhere and he would've been if he'd been glassed (i've seen enough glassings/bottlings as an ex-barman to know  )

Wasn't it a glass bottle? I'm unsure of the exact definition of a glassing, but that loosely fits my evidently poor understanding of it.

As I remember, Chisora's comedy reaction was:

"He glassed me. I swear to God, David, I am going to shoot you. I am going to shoot you. I am going to physically shoot David Haye. He glassed me. He glassed me. He glassed me. I'm not having it. He glassed me"

    Wonderful memories.

Haha, at the press conference they were seperated by a steel fence. The whole thing reminds me a bit of WWE to be honest. It does kind of look like the whole thing might have been set up from the start.

you're right in that he was holding a glass bottle, but haye hit chisora with his fist, i've watched the video loads of times and you can clearly see that it's his fist, not the bottle that hits chisora.

fist hitting, bottle still intact

I am happy to be corrected on this - perhaps a glassing fail? Either way he's still a complete breast and I hope he gets arseholed.

they both are imo. i lost all respect for haye after he wore that t shirt (i think) with him holding the decapitated head of one of the klitchkos and then i thought chisora did amazingly well in the last fight and then acted like a tool before and after the fight :?

but i think haye will win if the fight goes ahead...

They should make it a death match. And then have the winner put down.

Honestly, it will be another crap fight where neither boxer does much. Anyway, neither of them would last a round in the octagon

I couldn't be bothered to watch them numpties, so instead it's video's of bare-knuckle gypsy fighting. Proper fighting with no glasses left un-smashed

i reckon haye will deffinately win, he seems a much more mobile fighter, whereas chisora is slow, chisora just reminds me of the fat school bully that things he is nails :D I used to rate haye, especially after he beat that russian bear, but what happened in Munich shouldn't have and ruined both of there reputations

Yes, this is the heavyweight division! It says it all that a non-title fight between two fighters who have been proven to not be world class is the one everybody is talking about.

Boxing has thrived off controversy as long as its existed though - Mayweather fighting last weekend when he should have been in prison for beating up his girlfriend and threatening their children is worse than anything either of these two has done and it still went ahead. This will be a big pay day for all involved so I'd be surprised if it doesn't happen.

Haye should win, Chisora has lost to Tyson Fury for gods sake, but you never know. If he puts in anything near his last performance it could be closer than people think as Haye isn't up to much either.

these two make even Tyson Fury seem legit ffs

    what happened to boxing

    heavyweight division just embarrasing

two scum bags have handbags at a press conferance then sell out an east london football stadium as sanctioned by Luxembourge.

Mayweather best pound for pound fighter in the world on way to prison for domestic violence

Lamont Peterson, who knows what went on in the first fight now fails drugs test for the Khan rematch

    etc etc

getting harder and harder to defend the Queensbury code against MMA, actually stuff that getting harde to defend it against WWE.

It's hardly a new thing - didn't Don King once kick somebody to death and was then allowed to promote?

No wonder more and more people are turning to MMA.

Boxing is a joke sport these days with the heavyweight division a complete and utter embarrassment to all involved.
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.
