After trying to battle with my insoles on my lakes, im giving up and getting some new ones.

I have looked at the Superfeet Blacks, but wonder if there is a better solution I may not have looked at?

Cheers guys

The insole that Giro uses works brilliantly for me (http://www.giro.com/us_en/sn-footbed.html).

The Specialised ones work well. They come in 3 variations based on the level of arch support required and have a set of shims included too.

I've got the stock Red Spesh insoles in my shoes. I had esoles previously, but I've been seeing an osteopath recently and she told me that unless you have supportive insoles in you day shoes as well, they are a bad idea. This is because you body compensates when your arches are supported and unsupported, so if to ride with arch support but don't have that support in you day shoes, you body and how it compensates will get confused.
