Anyone have experience with Tweeks? Looking into a set of hubs and they're the cheapest online.

I ordered a seatpost a few months back, one week later and still no post, I gave them a call and they said that they had none in stock. No Email informing me about the lack of stock, no phone call and no apology when I called asking what was happening, they did refund my money within two days though.
That's just one negative experience, you'll probably get one hundred people with a positive experience.

Haven't bought from Tweeks but visited their showroom to look at Cube range and Colnago CLX 3.0. Very friendly and helpful staff but weren't completely clued up on the bike range ie couldn't tell me if the Cube Litening which had Dura Ace fitted could be fitted with Di2 or not.

Gave me enough confidence though to not be worried to buy from them. Decided on a Trek which they don't stock.

One and the same but it is Demon Tweeks. Showroom on Wrexham industrial estate which is on one side of the floor space a car and motorbike showroom and a dedicated cycle shop side on the other. Deal in Pinarello, Wilier, Scott, Colnago and Scott.

Tweeks were fine. I bought a pair of Bib Shorts (ASSOS F1 Uno) from them for £110, which was the best price I could get at the time. Delivery was prompt. No issues.

I've bought a lot of stuff for my kit car from Demon Tweeks over the past 10years with no problems at all; service has been excellent. In fact, on the one occasion that they sent the wrong stuff, I called them and they sent the correct stuff out that day, before I had returned the original delivery.

Tweeks Cycles are the other part of their business and have been around for a couple of years now, I think. If their service is anything like the motorsport division, I'd highly recommend them.

I bought a chain cathcher from there, came the next day with free postage. I'd use them again.

A mate of mine used to get all his karting stuff from there nearly 20 years ago, they were great then too.

Anyone bought from Tweeks and the delivery has been very slow?

Twice used and twice items have taken over a week to arrive although the website states delivery to be made within 1 day.

I'm the complete opposite, ordered from them twice and the delivery was spot on! The next day in both instances! :D
